The incumbent deals with loans either made or guaranteed by the government and grants for commercial loans and grant.
REMOTE/VIRTUAL NO Learn more about this agency Duties Reviews and analyzes preapplications, applications and all supporting documents to determine loan or grant eligibility and inputs data into appropriate automated database system.
Processes loan and grant applications for assigned programs such as single-family housing, community or business programs.
Performs compliance reviews to verify that lenders continue to meet program eligibility; that procedures, lending practices and reporting comply with Federal laws.
Prepares written loan/grant recommendations and submits to supervisor for review.
